Don Ward is Chief Executive of Constructing Excellence, the leading membership-led industry improvement body in the UK.

Ian Heptinstall is the director of supply chain for NG Bailey. He has accountability for an annual spend of over £450 million (2008-9) across a wide range of goods and service categories, and leads a team of over 70 procurement colleagues.

Malcolm supports the Halving Waste to Landfill Commitment by leading in the implementation and development of Material Resource Efficiency strategies to develop exemplars for the industry.

Nigel McKay joined Bovis Lend Lease in June 2005. His current remit as Head of Supply Chain and Quality Management is to align the existing Procurement and Quality Functions and integrate with the Supply Chain Safety Group so that there is a seamless approach to the Procurement of Sub Contractors and Suppliers which will lead to improved performance of our Supply Chain and in the way Bovis Lend Lease delivers its projects.

Rick has been involved in a wide range of supply chain projects in the UK and other parts of Europe covering a range of industry sectors. Companies he has advised include many well known names such as Argos, Estee Lauder, and Tesco.
